Positive thinking is at the forefront of every great success story. The mind must believe it is able to do something before it is capable of actually doing it. So be aware of your mental self-talk. We all talk silently to ourselves in our heads, however we may far from always be conscious of what we’re saying or how it’s affecting us. Start listening to your thoughts. If you hear an unproductive thoughts, pause for a second and replace them with positive and productive thoughts. As the Dalai Lama once said, “The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing, positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful.” Maintain a always positive attitude always. Make it habit.

Happiness is a mindset that may only be designed into the present moment – in the very NOW. It’s far from a point in the future or a moment from the past. So many young people may seem to think that happiness awaits them in the years ahead, while so many older people may believe that their best moments are behind them.
The greater part of your happiness or unhappiness depends solely upon your attitude towards any given moment, regardless of the events contained within. You need much less than you think you need to be happy, and you usually have a lot more than you think you have. There’s ALWAYS something worth smiling about. It’s just a matter of thinking differently. Simply enjoy and appreciate the present moment. That is where it all lies.
When it comes to your passions you just have to go for it! Give yourself a chance. Jump if the path in front of you indicates that one is necessary. Take the leap and go find the place that you’re wishing for!
Sometimes you may just need to rest, think and be thankful. Go ahead and withdraw from the cares of the world that may far from withdraw from you.
A few calm moments every day to consciously separate the productive from the busy and the past from the present. Commitments, obligations, family, employers and friends may indeed exist during this time frame without you. Remember that rest is part of growing and getting stronger. Your body and mind need to shut down every now and then to recuperate. It’s simple: slow down, breathe and get more sleep. Results = work + rest. Make downtime a part of your lifestyle.
